The Pork Shop

Tonight we finally went to the infamous Pork Shop. We've driven past this place countless times past year on our way at to my cousin's but today was the first time we stopped. We had a nice long chat with one of the worker's named Jason. We told him about this picture that we took back in Feb. and he said that he'd heard that it'd been on the Jay Leno show. I'm not surprised since Josh and I both send it out to friends. It probably made it's way around the internet and ended up on that show. Let it be known that I took the picture though. We were driving past on a Sunday morning and it was too good to pass up. Josh actually turned around and we went back for this shot. My cousin had some meat sticks that they'd picked up earlier so we tried those and they were really good. We got some pulled pork and made sandwiches out of it. If you haven't been there yet you'll have to wait a month because they are shutting down for a while. Most the products are to be taken home and cooked. If you get there early enough in the day though they have burritos and pulled pork sandwiches for sale. If you are down in Queen Creek be sure to try it. They don't have a website but if you google it you'll come up with a couple of blogs with additional pictures. Enjoy!
