Josh has been craving one of these for a while so Sat. he called his mom and got the recipe and on Easter Sunday he not only cooked me dinner but a cake as well. It's best eaten piping hot out of the oven. Instead of frosting you put butter on it. Sounds weird but was really good!Here's the recipe:
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
5-6 T cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased 9 x 12 pan for 30 min.

Does it taste good??? Sounds sooo strange to put mayo in a cake!
